Frequently Asked Questions:
When will I receive my happy mail?
Peanut's Print Club mail is sent out on the 15th of every month. Once mailed, letters typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and USPS delivery times.
If you subscribe before the 15th, you'll receive that month's mail. If you subscribe after the 15th, your first envelope will be sent the following month.
What if I need to cancel my subscription or change my address?
No problem! Just email me at madison@peanutpost.org and I'll be happy to help with cancellations, address changes, or billing questions.
Please reach out before the 15th of the month if you need to make any changes so I have time to update everything before your mail goes out.
What if my mail never arrives?
Snail mail can be a little unpredictable! While most envelopes arrive within 3–10 business days, occasional delays do happen.
If your mail hasn't arrived by the end of the month, please email me at madison@peanutpost.org and we'll figure it out together. Depending on the situation, I can arrange a replacement or another solution.
Before reaching out, it's always a good idea to double-check that the shipping address on your subscription is correct!
Origins of The Peanut Post
Peanut's Post was inspired by my very first rescue, Peanut, a little black and tan miniature dachshund who joined our family when I was in elementary school after her elderly owner passed away. Rescuing Peanut sparked something in me and started a lifelong love for animals and rescue. Since then, I've fostered well over 100 dogs, and I hope to continue making a difference for animals in need.
Peanut's Post brings together two of the things I love most: creating and helping animals. My grandma worked in the postal service, making the idea of sending happy mail even more special to me.
Each month, I put together an envelope of artwork and thoughtful little goodies to bring some joy to your mailbox. 10% of monthly profits are donated to an animal rescue in need.
My hope is to grow Peanut's Post into something that makes a real difference, one little envelope at a time. Thank you for being part of it!
